Bios
Jeffrey Edwards is the President of Inner Circle Canada. For more than 20 years, his career focused on the training, consulting and coaching business in various industries, including information technology, training & education, public and not-for-profit sectors.
Jeffrey has been a training consultant with several Fortune 500 companies. For the past 15 years, he coached employees, managed global leadership programs and delivered leadership and business programs to managers and executives across North America. In addition, he worked with clients and stakeholders on communication and marketing plans related to corporate change and training initiatives for their organizations. Outside of the boardroom, Jeffrey continues his work with individuals and community groups on business, career and personal coaching and training.
He has a Master of Business Administration in Management Consulting from Royal Roads University and a Masters of Education in Counseling from the University of Ottawa. He is a certified personal and business coach and is a member of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants.
Arnold Campbell brings a blend of skills and practical experience to the role of facilitator at Inner Circle. He has worked with a range of organizations at senior levels which has given him a deep respect for the value and power of a team approach to solving problems and generating the chemistry that leads to insight and innovation.
During his 20 year career at Nortel Networks Arnold held numerous positions in new product research and design. He conducted research on topics ranging from audio quality to consumer preferences and then moved into a management position overseeing research into consumer behaviour, user needs and future communication requirements. His position prior to leaving Nortel was Director of Leadership Development, which involved identifying ways and means for improving the success of multi-disciplinary teams as well as interfacing with universities throughout North America on projects focused on the human challenges posed by new developments in communications.
Arnold also held the position of President and CEO of a local Ottawa business where he worked successfully with the Board of Directors, management team and staff to expand the revenue base of the company while improving profitability and customer satisfaction. Central to the company’s success was the identification of key corporate success factors and focusing on areas of high value to the customers’. More recently he has worked as a consultant on projects that require research into how people understand and interact with products and processes.
Arnold obtained his PhD in psychology from Queen’s University in addition to a MSc from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a BS from the University of Washington.
