Meeting Format

Uncover Your Blind Spots.
Business owners are busy people. Inner Circle’s monthly meetings follow a structured, professionally facilitated format designed to give business owners a rewarding, actionable experience in only three hours per month. Considering the benefits of peer groups, it may be the wisest of investments you can make in yourself and your business.
Each monthly peer group meeting consists of the following:
Last Word First: The previous month’s Vision Quest presenter will share the insights, “ah-has”, and potential adjustments to their Action Plan based on the feedback they’ve received and now that they’ve had time to reflect on the experience.
Roundtable: Members present their ‘burning issue” - the thing they’d most like behind them, or the opportunity they need to better capitalize on – to receive the group's advice and benefit from the personal experiences and wisdom of others.
Vision Quest: Each month, one Member will present their Vision Quest or their Vision Quest update. While each month’s meeting is designed to propel Members’ performance from day-to-day and month-to-month, the Vision Quest experience reflects on the higher level aims of one’s business and life, to ensure the Member is staying on-track relative to the big picture.
Action Items & Takeaways: Before concluding, each Member will state their Action Items, the key tasks they are committed to achieving or advancing prior to next meeting, and their Takeaways, the general insights and possibly deeper level reflections the meeting spurred. These are recorded and distributed by the Facilitator to help Members stay accountable and drive higher levels of performance.
